Subject : Quality maintainance in Manufacturing Department

Our company’s relies on manufacturing of different spare parts used widely. Formerly, our supply was high which is descending gradually. The reason behind lies on breakage of parts under normal load..To inquire the reason I had arranged a visit to manufacturing department and have reached to conclude that we must spend our capital in maintaining quality standards.

HOW WE ARE MANUFACTURING:

Our company has always promised to ensure quality in making necessary parts like locks, dash boards, bumpers etc. However, now the situation is rather contradicting. The supervisors have become less concerned about the quality and seem to be focused on quantity priory.

 OUR STRATEGY

The company needs to take serious action against such act. It should take necessary actions to be implied by workers and supervisors. Upon negligence, the company’s graph could descend further and can harm our reputation.

SUMMARY AND ACTIONS:

I recommend that you emphasize more on inspection of parts produced rather than the quantity this will help control quality of parts.
