Subject : Maintenance of Quality
in Manufacturing Department
Our company promises to provide
quality standardized product of various parts used in automotive sector. The
decreasing quality has indicated a decline in our reputation. The reason behind
is of fracture of parts under ordinary load .To reason out, I had arranged a
visit to manufacturing department and conclude that quality and inspection needs
to be improvised.
MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS:
Our company has always been on
top of the market when it comes to quality in products like locks, dash boards,
bumpers etc. With the exceeding number of competitors, the supervisors in
manufacturing department have shown negligence in quality and in maintaining
standards.
OUR STRATEGY
The company must take serious
actions at all cost. The workers and supervisors should be called into strict
orders to be followed immediately otherwise the reputation would seriously be
affected
SUMMARY:
I recommend that you accentuate more
on inspection of parts produced rather than the quantity.
